Because I have very little car knowledge, I typically have some anxiety when getting my car serviced. At some service centers the process isn't clear. This was my first time getting my old changed since purchasing my vehicle and Bob Clappers had very clear signage/directions, employees that proactively guided me through the process, and they made me feel valued as a customer. Scheduling my appointment online was very easy. Dan was my customer service rep and he was very knowledgeable, kind, and kept me updated with any delays as my vehicle was being serviced. Thank you!

The last time I had my oil changed I was told that the coolant was low. I have been keeping an eye on it and it was low when I had my oil changed the other day last week. the difference being no one said anything about it last week . Then I looked through my service papers and there is no mention of it in them eitherI mentioned it to the service rep and he said your service department would try to find where it was leaking but if they could not find the leak it would cost me about 100.00 dollars. I think GM should be more proud of their vehicles and their service!
